Following the success of the book donation program forged through the partnership between C&E Foundation and agency partners Sierra Falcones (SF) and the Cagayan Police Provincial Office (CPPO), regional-level activities are now eyed to benefit more students. In a recent book donation turnover activity held this March, the partnership launched a Project Booklat Mulat campaign which aims to help students with in-kind book donations, especially those living in the most remote areas within the Isabela province. Schools District Supervisor Benedicta Velasco said that it is a big help in improving the quality of education in their place as it is classified as coastal area in the province - usually areas wherein quality educational materials are scarce and inaccessible. "Napakagandang proyekto po nito. Ang problema sa amin lalo na sa most of the people living here are indigenous people. Ngayon po matutugunan na namin ang one is to one na text books para sa mga bata," [This is a very good project. Most people living here are indigenous people. See All
