Student learners are all smiles as they receive the Sing, Spell, Read and Write (SSRW) kits donated by C&E Foundation Inc. (CEFI) to their coastal school in Tagumapay Elementary School, Palawan. Given the community learning center's geographical location, gaining access to quality educational materials and tools is particularly onerous. Aside from this, lack of infrastructures and adequate funding adds to the facility's challenges. Fortunately, a partnership with CEFI paved way for an opportunity to provide quality educational support. While posed with logistical challenges in reaching the area, CEFI was able to successfully turnover boxes of learning kits which students may now use to supplement their lessons. As the social responsibility arm of C&E Publishing Inc., CEFI aims to ensure that access to quality educational solutions are also made available to deserving yet underserved students. Through its Project READ (Reading and Education Advocacy through Donations) campaign, CEFI intends to assist students and teachers faced with various challenges and ease barriers and burden when it comes to accessing educational support.
